I first tried Cellucor M5 Extreme about 5 years ago when a fellow police officer suggested it to me. I saw explosive gains in muscle taking Cellucor M5 Extreme and Cellucor P6 Extreme. When I heard Cellucor was coming out with Cellucor M5 reloaded, I naturally stacked it with Cellucor P6 Black. Cellucor M5 Reloaded is easier to take than the old Cellucor M5, and the results were witnessed in a short amount of time when I attacked my Crossfit Workout Of the Day. Now I am not a crazy body builder, so I think this review is better catered to the the athlete that wants to use Cellucor M5 Reloaded to increase gains in:

Cellucor M5 Reloaded is a updated version of Cellucor M5 Extreme. Cellucor M5 Reloaded is a stimulant-free muscle builder based on 5 tiers of strength building boosted by Creatine Nitrate, Creatine MagnaPower, and Highly Branched Cylic Dextrins (I’ll explain later)

Whats the Difference Between the old Cellucor M5 and New Cellucor M5 Reloaded
That is a great question… the biggest difference the athlete will notice about the New Cellucor M5 Reloaded is that there is only one can to mix instead of the old two step process of mixing the lower can containing the Creatine side and the small can containing the N03 side. This make taking the New Cellucor M5 reloaded quicker and easier.
I also notice that the old Cellucor M5 Extreme was quite dusty and hard to mix. The new Cellucor M5 Reloaded mixes easier with almost no dust flying all over the kitchen. As a habit, I still mix the Cellucor M5 Reloaded in a shaker bottle.
The other chemically different advance the reloaded Cellucor M5’s formula has been reloaded the Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrins (HBCD), which are a cutting edge carbohydrates that allow for quicker nutrient absorption and recovery. Creatine needs a delivery vehicle, and the dextrins allow for the best absorption. HBCD has a much higher molecular weight than traditional supplemental carbohydrate sources (Waxy Maize, fructose, dextrose, etc.) that helps propel nutrients throughout the body at a much faster rate. This increase in ‘gastric emptying time’ may help the uptake of other ingredients in M5 Reloaded™ and the Cellucor® products stacked with it. Which leads us to….

In one word.. Yes. Cellucor M5 Extreme was a great product that Cellucor made better… They eliminated a second can and added better ingredients to deliver Creatine to the muscles. If you love Crossfit and want the perfect Creatine, this is it. As usual, the one thing Cellucor also delivered on is taste. I purchased the Fruit Punch and it taste great.
