A bottle of Clen contains 90 capsules, which is suggested to be a 30 day supply. The recommended dose is 2 capsules once or twice daily with a full glass of water. You would need to take 3 capsules daily for the bottle to last 30 days. There is no information provided regarding cycling, but presumably, you would use it just when you’re in a weight loss period or cutting phase.

Our Anabolic Research Clen Conclusions
There’s no shortage of fat burning supplements to help you achieve your weight loss, fitness, and shredding goals. If you took Clen, worked out hard, and ate really well, I have no doubt you’d lose fat. I do not like the fact that the concentrations are not listed for each ingredient., but there is no doubt that Anabolic Research Clen is popular. There is also alot of negative feedback on the forums about this company. Is it true? Who knows. There are lots of other choices.
