M5 Extreme by Cellucor – Does It Build Muscle?

If you search Google for “Cellucor M5 Extreme Review” or “Cellucor M5 Extreme 2 in 1”, you have probably read a bunch of crappy reviews by people that have not used the product. I first heard of Cellucor M5 Extreme about 2 years ago from a fellow police officer on an anti-crime squad. He first turned me onto Cellucor M5 and Cellucor P6. I bought and took them together. Since then I have also taken them separately. Cellucor M5 and Cellucor P6 work GREAT together. But this article is about Cellucor M5 Extreme, so lets talk about it.

 What is Cellucor M5 Extreme?

Cellucor M5 Extreme is a 2 sports supplements in 1. The Cellucor M5 can is actually two cans that screw into one. It combines the benefits of two other successful products:

Creatine has been around for about 15 years and this is the most advance formula.  How do you take Cellucor M5 Extreme?

You take Cellucor M5 Extreme by unscrewing the top container from the bottom container and taking the lid off. Just mix one scoop of the bottom container (build) from the Cellucor M5 Extreme with 1-2 scoops of the top container (ignite). Feel free to use 2 scoops of the ignite, it will not run out. On my first container of Cellucor M5 Extreme, I used only one scoop of Ignite and had some left over.

I normally take Cellucor M5 Extreme about 30 minutes before my workout.  I work out in the morning, so I take it with breakfast.
