Does Troxyphen D.A.V.E. Work?

Troxyphen is a line of supplements from truDERMA that focuses mainly on boosting testosterone for a better athletic performance. One of the supplements in this line is called Troxyphen D.A.V.E., and it has a slightly different purpose. It’s your post workout booster, so after even your toughest workouts, you’ve got the right environment for a quick and complete recovery, and you’re ready to go hard again the next day.
What is Troxyphen D.A.V.E.?
Troxyphen D.A.V.E. is a growth hormone boosting supplement that stimulates an increase in natural growth hormones release within your body. By supporting these important hormones, Troxyphen D.A.V.E.:
- Improves muscle building and repair.
- Increases muscular endurance and strength.
- Improves your immune system.
- Support the health and flexibility of joints.
Who Makes Troxyphen D.A.V.E.?
Troxyphen D.A.V.E. is made by truDERMA, a well-known supplement company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their products are sold online as well as in health supplements stores and pharmacies, like GNC, Walgreens, and CVS.
While truDERMA is making a name for itself in the supplement world, they don’t seem to be trying very hard to bring Troxyphen D.A.V.E. along. It’s only available online at the truDERMA website, and there’s very little information to be found specifically about Troxyphen D.A.V.E. almost anywhere.
Troxyphen D.A.V.E. Ingredients
As we mentioned above, it’s difficult to get detailed information about Troxyphen D.A.V.E. The D.A.V.E. in the name stands for “Deer Antler Velvet Extract”. It looks like Troxyphen D.A.V.E. is a replacement for the previous Troxyphen Elite Power Spray, but the ingredients are not the same. For the Elite Power Spray, they used 300 mg of the “TROX Power Blend” that included:
- Aloe Vera Juice for its antioxidants.
- L-Arginine (1) for it’s vasodilation effects and it’s role in increasing HGH production in the body.
- Epimedium for its aphrodisiac properties and help increasing blood flow.
- Tribulus Terrestris (2) for its role in increasing the natural production of testosterone by first increasing the release of Luteinizing Hormone from the pituitary gland, which then signals the testes to make and release more testosterone.
- Eurycoma Longifolia which plays a role in increasing free testosterone by blocking Sex Hormone Binding Globulin from attaching itself to testosterone molecules, binding them up and effectively making them useless.
This is what was in Troxyphen Elite Power Spray, but as far as we can tell, this is no longer available at the turDERMA website, and has been replaced by Troxyphen D.A.V.E.. The only ingredient information we have for Troxyphen D.A.V.E. is that it contains 200mg of “A Proprietary Growth Blend”.
Because of it’s name, it’s a good bet that it contains Deer Antler Velvet Extract, though we don’t know if that makes up the bulk of the proprietary blend or if its in addition to it. Deer Antler Velvet Extract containst IGF-1, or insulin-like growth factor, and is believed to increase HGH levels.
Troxyphen D.A.V.E. Before and After Reviews
We weren’t able to find any feedback on Troxyphen D.A.V.E. directly, but there are some reviews on Amazon.com for Troxyphen Elite Power Spray. Most of them are pretty favorable. Here’s a pretty typical example or two:
Andrew says: “I did more of an intense workout today and it did not leave me sore for the most part. The smell and taste are not desirable but it’s not too bad.”
Dave says: “My back doesn’t hurt anymore.”
There are also quite a few One-Star Reviews mainly just saying that it didn’t work, with one reviewer saying it made them feel sick:
One customer simply stated: “It does not work.”
Another said: “I got sick from using this. Do not buy from this company.”
Where to Buy Troxyphen D.A.V.E.
Most truDERMA products are available all over – both online and in stores, like GNC and Amazon.com. But Troxyphen D.A.V.E. is at this time only sold through the official truDERMA website and one or two other small online shops. The one month supply spray bottle costs $34.99 at truDERMA, but you can save $10 by buying through another online vendor.

Our Troxyphen D.A.V.E. Conclusion
Troxyphen D.A.V.E. may prove to have some benefit for post workout recovery and overall muscle building. At this point, however, there just isn’t enough information to know that for sure. We’ll have to reserve judgment until we know more about the full ingredient list and what kinds of results actual customers are getting.
