Does Action Fuel Pro Work?

Action Fuel Pro Review 1

With all the pre workout supplements available online these days, there’s hardly even a reason to step foot into an actual supplement store anymore. You can see what the ingredients are, do your research about how they work, and compare them with other products and ingredients, all without leaving the house. And that’s a good thing, because you’ll get plenty of time out and about when you hit the gym.

Action Fuel Pro is a supplement I recently came across while doing some online research. It’s a pre workout formula designed to burn fat and build muscle quickly so you get the kind of results that keep you motivated to continue on your journey to that ripped, muscular body you want.

Benefits of Action Fuel Pro

The Action Fuel Pro website has several pages of helpful information about how it can help you. It starts with the benefits it offers, including:

  • Increased strength and power.
  • Expanded endurance.
  • Quicker recovery time.
  • Resistance to oxidative stress.
  • Delayed onset of muscle fatigue.
  • Less muscle soreness.
  • Increased focus and concentration.

Action Fuel Pro Ingredients

The promised benefits are very comprehensive, but they don’t mean a thing if the formula doesn’t back them up. The Action Fuel Pro formula is actually very brief, and includes:

  • Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AKG) (1)  which is a precursor to nitric oxide. NO is a vasodilator which opens up blood vessels to allow an increased amount of blood to flow through to your muscles during your workouts. More blood means better pumps and increased oxygen and nutrients delivered to your muscles. The increased oxygen provides energy while the increased nutrients helps with better post workout recovery.
  • L-Taurine (2)  which is an amino acid that improves both mental and physical performance.
  • Beta Alanine (3) which improves endurance by delaying the build up of lactic acid in your muscles. When you exert your muscles, they release lactic acid which causes you to feel muscle fatigue. Beta Alanine blocks the build up so you can work out longer without feeling too much pain.
  • Caffeine which provides energy for your workout and increases fat burning.

Action Fuel Pro Review 3

The Action Fuel Pro formula is proprietary. The full 3 capsule dose contains 180 mg of caffeine and a total of 2580mg of all the ingredients combined. Instructions are to take 1-3 capsules shortly before your workout, not to exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Action Fuel Pro Before and After Testimonials

We found no independent Action Fuel Pro results, but the website provides a few glowing testimonials. I don’t tend to put a whole lot of faith in website testimonials, but they’re worth taking a look at. Compared to a lot of what you see out there, they’re pretty low key:

Andre says, “The results have been amazing, giving me motivation to keep going. People have noticed the difference.”

Rahmeik V says, “I have more energy, power, and focus in my workout. This is a great product and I recommend it to anybody.”

Tyler B. says, “Able to spend more time in the gym with less fatigue and currently lifting heavier than I ever have.”

Action Fuel Pro Side Effects

There are no reported side effects associated with Action Fuel Pro, but there are a few mild side effects you might get with just about any pill, even the all natural ones like Action Fuel Pro. Headaches and upset stomach are among those.

You should also make sure to check with your doctor before taking Action Fuel Pro if you have any medical conditions or take any medications.

Where to Buy Action Fuel Pro

We looked for Action Fuel Pro at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and Walmart.  No dice.  Bodybuilding.com and Tiger Fitness does not have it either.  Action Fuel Pro is meant to be available through the official website.  There is a option to get a “trial” of Action Fuel Pro or buy it outright.  When you click the Buy Now option, one bottle runs you $105.99 with shipping… WTF?!?!?!  This might be the biggest rip off we have ever reviewed.

As for the Action Fuel Pro Trial, they ship you the products and 14 days later they bang you for $87.47.  If you live in Australia or New Zealand, they allow 10 days for shipping.  Thus you will get charged 24 days later.  As you can see, Action Fuel Pro is not free

Action Fuel Pro Positives

  • The website is informative and well put together. It even includes an question and answer section.
  • The formula is simple.
  • There are no known side effects.

Action Fuel Pro Negatives

  • The formula is pretty limited, compared to the promised benefits.
  • It’s not available to buy at this time.
  • Ridiculously expensive

Our Action Fuel Pro Conclusion

Action Fuel Pro makes a whole lot of promises on a very professional looking website, but in the end, it’s not even available. It just goes to show that not everything is what it seems. With so many options, I wouldn’t recommend you wait around for Action Fuel Pro to come back online.
