Ageless Male is a natural testosterone boosting supplement marketed to appeal to guys getting a little older and starting to notice the varied effects of declining testosterone levels. Some t boosters appeal to a younger, more bodybuilding-focused crowd. Ageless Male is going after the middle aged guy looking to get some of his mojo back.

 

As we get older, our body’s produce less testosterone than they used to. We peak in our early twenties, and the amount slows down after that. It’s usually about mid to late 30s that we start to notice the signs and symptoms like:

Ageless Male Ingredients

The formula for Ageless Male is pretty brief with only 4 ingredients: Testofen Fenugreek Extract, Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6.

 

• Fenugreek is thought to increase free testosterone levels, though it hasn’t actually been proven. It’s been researched more as a help for diabetes and to increase libido and sexual stamina than as a testosterone booster. Nevertheless, it’s present in many testosterone boosting formulations.
• Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6 (1) make up a compound called ZMA which is also used in lots of testosterone boosting supplements. The way it’s supposed to work is that Zinc is crucial to the body’s natural production of testosterone. A correlation has been found between lowered zinc levels and lowered testosterone levels. The magnesium and vitamin B6 help improve the absorption rate of zinc, so it can be more readily used to produce testosterone.

 

Ingredient amounts are not listed, so it’s unclear how much if used vs how much is necessary.

You may have seen or heard it advertised on the radio or TV. This ads to the impression that it’s one of the most popular testosterone boosters out there.

Here’s where things start to fall apart a bit. Because it is sold at Amazon.com, there is tons of customer feedback available for us to use to make a wise purchasing decision. In this case, it doesn’t work in the product’s favor. A full 35% of the reviews on Amazon are 1-Star reviews. That’s the biggest chunk of all the groups. Ageless Male is cheap and it’s safe. Those are the two top qualities going for this product right now. The problem is it probably won’t work for you. And that’s a big problem. There is some favorable feedback, but when the negatives are so overwhelmingly, it’s hard to hear the good stuff. In the end, we want to use supplements that are not only safe, but also effective. It doesn’t appear as though Ageless Male fits that bill.
