APS White Lightning Review 1

Lately, we’re seeing an increasing number of fat burning supplements that focus on more than just revving up your energy and metabolism. They’re starting to include additional benefits, like focus and a sense of overall well being. It makes sense, of course. Losing weight take hard work and sustained effort. It’s hard to stick with it when you’re having trouble staying motivated or keeping your eyes on the prize. APS White Lightning comes right out and calls itself a collection of energy boosters and nootropics, giving those focus, clarity, and well being factors all due credit.

Benefits of APS White Lightning

As such, the benefits promises by APS White Lightning are:

  • Intense fat burning.
  • Increased focus and mental clarity.
  • Explosive energy that lasts.
  • Increased sense of overall well-being.

Sounds great, if it can be believed. But the fact is there are so many weight loss pills, it’s tough to know which one to trust. So we’ll take a look at the APS White Lightning formula to see if their claims pan out.

APS White Lightning Ingredients

APS White Lightning Review 2The APS White Lightning formula is actually very brief, with only 4 ingredients. That said, they are 4 ingredients that may pack quite a punch. Each capsule is a 515mg proprietary blend that includes:

  • Caffeine (1) which can be found in most fat burning supplements for one simple reason. It works. It’s a stimulant for providing energy, but it also provides focus and metal clarity.
  • Geranaburn, or geranium oil, or DMAA. (2) No matter what you decide to call it, this is the latest weight loss supplement ingredient to be banned by the FDA, It’s been known to cause unpleasant side effects. It’s also thought to be potentially dangerous to the liver. Most supplements have removed DMAA from their formulas, but there are a few holdouts, clinging to the notion that the FDA hasn’t taken the necessary steps to completely ban it yet. Something about warning letters as opposed to outright bans. So as long as they can do so, APS will keep DMAA in their APS White Lightning formula. It’s a potent central nervous system stimulant for increasing energy and improving physical performance. It may also create a feeling of euphoria.
  • Naringin (3)which comes from grapefruit, and is thought to extend the effects of caffeine, so you’ll have longer lasting energy and fat burning without the crash.
  • Coleus Foskohlii which may increase the release of thyroid hormone, which in turn increases fat burning enzymes and hormones.

And that ‘s it – the 4 ingredients in APS White Lightning. Because of the energy it provides, you can use it as a pre workout, a diet pill, or both. Instructions are to take 1 capsule in the morning or 30 minutes before your workout. If using as a pre workout, you can increase your dose to 2 capsules before workout once you build up a tolerance. If using as a diet pill, take another capsule in the afternoon, not to exceed 3 capsules in a day.

APS White Lightning Before and After Testimonials

The APS White Lightning feedback I’ve seen is decidedly mixed. By most accounts, it provides good energy, but I’ve seen several reviewers say they were very disappointed in the energy. Beyond the energy factor, I haven’t seen much feedback about any of the other potential benefits.

“Great product! [APS White Lightening] gives you a great boost in energy with no crash or jitters. It also doesn’t make you sweat like crazy like thermogenics do but that doesn’t mean that its not effective in aiding in weight loss. One bottle helped me lean up a lot and I just order another, I wont be buying any other fat burners from now on!”

However in a document release by the US Navy website, which you can read here, the presence of germanium might be a NO-NO if you are a member of the military.

APS White Lightning Review 4APS White Lightning Pros

  • You only have to take one pill at a time.
  • Most reviewers say it provides good energy.
  • It emphasizes focus and clarity as well as energy.

APS White Lightning Cons

  • It contains banned substance DMAA which could potentially be dangerous.
  • The formula will probably have to change sometime soon, once the FDA catches on that they’re still using DMAA.

Where to Buy APS White Lightning

APS White Lightning Review 3

APS White Lightning is available through a bunch of online retailers. You can’t get it in stores or on Amazon.com, but the APS website lists 10 online retailers who carry it. The price for the 60-count bottle (a one month supply when used as directed) is anywhere from $26.99 to $29.99, so you’ll want to shop around for the best price. You can also get it straight from the APS Nutrition website, but you’ll pay $59.99 for it there.

Our APS White Lightning Conclusion

The first thing we need to consider is that APS White Lightning contains a potentially dangerous ingredient that’s been banned by the FDA. I know most of us think it seems like the FDA comes along and bans everything that works, but still, it does give you pause. Do you want to risk the danger of potential heart attack, stroke, or death? APS White Lightning feedback just isn’t good enough to justify that kind of risk. Better to go with something effective and safe.

Instant Knockout Review 1

Since APS White Lightening is so wishy-washy, we suggest looking at a top choice that many MMA fighters and wrestlers use to cut weight. That choice is Instant KnockOut.  To check out the Instant Knockout Review, including the ingredients, Click Here
