It’s well known and accepted that you need a good healthy amount of testosterone in your system if you want to make any real progress with your workouts and your physique. Walk into a nutritional supplement store, and the Testosterone Booster section is hard to mess. Literally hundreds of natural products are available, all promising to deliver a bigger, stronger body. With so many options, it’s difficult to know what to choose. That’s why so many of the supplement companies realize they need to provide something that gives them an edge over the competition.
BPI Sports A-HD Elite is a natural testosterone booster that chooses estrogen control as its edge. When testosterone levels increase in the body, so do estrogen levels. That’s because a certain amount of testosterone converts to estrogen. BPI Sports A-HD Elite not only provides a boost in testosterone, it also provides a block to the conversion of that testosterone into estrogen. What you’re left with is elevated testosterone levels with lowered estrogen.

The BPI Sports A-HD Elite formula doesn’t stick with the usual testosterone boosting ingredients we see all the time. It’s actually a pretty bold departure from that. Here’s the list:
- Zinc (1) Okay, this one is in most testosterone boosters. Studies show a direct correlation between zinc levels and testosterone levels. This is believed to be because of zinc’s central role in the body’s natural testosterone production process.
- Caesalpinia Benthamiana which has been shown recently to increase vasodilation. This opening of blood vessels allows more blood to flow through to muscles during and after workouts, to allow you to work harder and recovery better. C Benthamiana works by increasing nitric oxide in the body.
- Chenopodium Album (2) which is a plant that’s been used for years to increase stamina and endurance in athletic activities. It supports a healthy anabolic state.
- Trichopus Zeylanicus which increases your ability to work harder and longer under stressful conditions, like a tough workout.
- Montanoa Tomentosa which is known to be an aphrodisiac.
- Curcuma Longa (3) which is known to provide anti-inflammatory benefits.
It’s an interesting ingredient list for a product that claims to boost testosterone and block estrogen, considering that none of the ingredients is known to effect either testosterone or estrogen.
How To Use BPI Sports A-HD Elite
The recommended dose is 1 BPI Sports A-HD Elite capsule taken each day, in the morning (or at the same time each day) with food. It’s suggested that you take it for a 4 or 8 week cycle, then cycle off for a full 4 weeks before starting up again.

Despite the odd ingredient list, BPI Sports A-HD Elite enjoys mainly positive reviews from customers who’ve used it.

Our BPI Sports A-HD Elite Conclusion
If you just look at the ingredients, it’s hard to imagine BPI Sports A-HD Elite having much of a positive effect. But the customer reviews lean so positive, it’s hard to ignore them. My guess is that BPI Sports A-HD Elite boosts circulation and sex drive, so users are feeling a difference, and they’re attributing that to a testosterone boost that isn’t really there. In that case, I recommend that if you’re wanting a testosterone booster, you look elsewhere.
