BPI sports pump hd Review 1

The folks at BPI Sports caught on long ago to the fact that there are all different kinds of people in the world. And that they all want something different in their pre workout supplements. Some like lots of stimulants. Others want nothing but pump. Some care more about taste than anything else. Others won’t give a product a second look unless it has creatine in it. Rather than trying to come up with a one size fits all solution, this company chooses to make all different kinds of products, in the hope that everyone can find something that suits them.

BPI Sports Pump HD is a pre workout powder with the priority placed on pumps. They call it “Pre-Training Performance Fuel” with a primary purpose of carrying oxygen to your muscles to enhance your athletic capacity and delay fatigue. Without caffeine, BPI Sports Pump HD provides smooth energy and focus, and keeps you going throughout your toughest workout. That’s the idea BPI Sports Pump HD tries to convey. Let’s take a look at the formula to see if it delivers.

BPI Sports Pump HD Ingredients

The highlighted ingredients in the BPI Sports Pump HD formula include;

  • BPI sports pump hd Review 2Vitamin B-6 (1)  which is important for healthy red blood cells, which carry oxygen to your muscles.
  • Glycerol 2X-RS which improves the efficiency of your body during exercise, delaying the need for rehydration.
  • Citrulline Silicate which expands blood vessels for better, easier blood flow.
  • Cyclocreatine PCR (2) which acts like a time released form of creatine so your body gets a steady supply throughout your entire workout. Creatine provides muscle energy so you can push harder and longer in the gym.
  • Andrographis which increases the release of Nitric Oxide, a vasodilator to increase the flow of blood through blood vessels. More blood means better oxygen and nutrient delivery, and of course better pump. An additional benefit of increased oxygen and nutrient delivery is better post workout recovery because your muscles have more of what they need to recovery faster and more fully.
  • Cordyceps which may delay fatigue during your workouts.
  • Green Tea Catechin which facilitates the use of fatty acids as energy and maximizes oxygen absorption.
  • Quercetin which improves endurance by expanding oxygen capacity.
  • Rhodiola (3) which is known as an adaptagen. It helps the body adjust to conditions of stress and hard work, promoting optimal oxygen levels for greater endurance.
  • Echinea Purpurea supports the immune systems and maximizes the absorption of oxygen.

One thing to note is that BPI Sports Pump HD promotes itself as a caffeine-free pre workout. While it’s true that there’s no caffeine in BPI Sports Pump HD, that doesn’t mean there are no stimulants. BPI Sports Pump HD does contain Citrus Aurantium and Theobromine, both of which are stimulants.

How To Use BPI Sports Pump HD

It’s recommended that you mix one scoop with about 8-10 ounces of water and drink it about 15-30 minutes prior to your workout. BPI Sports Pump HD comes in several flavors, including Blueberry Lemon Freeze, Watermelon Cooler, Apple Pear, Citrus Dew, and Wicked Fruit Basket.

Where to Buy BPI Sports Pump HD

You can purchase BPI Sports Pump HD at GNC stores as well as several places online. The BPI Sports website sells the 25 serving tub for $36.99. It’s a little cheaper at Bodybuilding.com ($31.99) and we’ve seen it as low as $25 at Amazon.com.

BPI Sports Pump HD Before and After Reviews

BPI sports pump hd Review 3

Most of the feedback we found for BPI Sports Pump HD is positive, but there are definitely some people out there who don’t like it. The interesting thing about BPI Sports Pump HD feedback is that for every positive comment about the stuff, there’s a reviewer with the exact opposite opinion.

Victor says: “Best pump product I have used I such a long time. This formula gives me the most intense pumps I have ever seen! The energy is good too, it is not an overwhelming stimmed out feeling. More of a steady flowing energy.”

While Hilx says: “Does absolutely nothing as a preworkout.”

Regarding taste:

Ananymous says: “WOW!!! What an amazingly tasting flavour it is, it just blew my mind. Being a huge citrus fruits fan, this was the “best tasting Lemon drink” I ever had.”

But JK says: “Doesn’t mix like any other BPI product its like drinking foamy sand.”

BPI Sports Pump HD Pros

  • It’s not heavy on the stimulants so it provides an option for people who don’t like stimmy pre workouts.
  • Most people comment that the taste is good.

BPI Sports Pump HD Cons

  • For a pump focused product, the reviews regarding pump aren’t that spectacular.
  • They push it as caffeine-free, which is it, but they that makes it seem like there are no stimulants, which there are. It’s a little misleading, and because people have sensitivities, you shouldn’t mislead in this area.

Our BPI Sports Pump HD Conclusion

BPI Sports Pump HD is probably not a bad pump focused pre workout. But keep in mind that it does contain stimulants. The reviews are mainly pretty middle of the road, so unless you find yourself with a great deal, I would suggest that there are better choices.
