BNS Hyper FX review

If you’ve been working out for any amount of time at all, you know that the sheer number of pre workout supplements available out there is mind-blowing. You’ve probably heard from friends at the gym that they swear by a particular product or brand. You go home to look it up online, and three hours later, you find you’ve researched 15 products or more and they’re all starting to run together. That’s when it’s time to step back, regroup, and let us help you figure it out.  BSN Hyper FX is part of a line of products available at GNC, Bodybuilding.com, and on the BSN site.

The first step is to figure out what you want your pre workout to do. Knowing that will go a long way to narrowing the field. Take BSN for instance. They offer two different pre workouts, and they get asked a lot why they do that. The reason is simple. They know some people want 9 different benefits from their pre workouts, and others want the basic three: energy, focus, and pumps. If you’re a basic three type, you would consider BSN Hyper FX as opposed to NO Explode. That’s because BSN Hyper FX focuses only on those benefits related to energy, and leaves the strength and recovery benefits to the rest of your stack. The supposed advantage to this is that there is only so much ingredient you can pack into a supplement, and when they try to do too much, they end up not doing anything very well. That’s why you’ll find that most serious bodybuilders use a stack. This is how they ensure that get each of the benefits they need, in full force and not half-assed.

BSN Hyper FX Benefits

BSN Hyper FX is marketed toward advanced athletes who are serious about their training. They assume you’re already hyped and motivated. BSN Hyper FX promises to take you to the next level with its super concentrated energy formula. By using it, you’ll have the energy, focus, and endurance you lack.

BSN Hyper FX Ingredients

Claims, of course, are one thing, but what we’re most concerned with are results, and whether or not you’ll get them depends mostly on the formula. BSN Hyper FX starts with a base of nutrients that includes:

  • BSN Hyper FX Review 3Vitamin D
  • Thiamin
  • Niacin
  • Vitamin B6
  • Folic Acid
  • Vitamin B12
  • Pantothenic Acid
  • Calcium
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc
  • Sodium

After that, the formula is divided into 3 proprietary blends:

1. Endura Fusion with:

  • Betaine Anhydrous (1) which boosts muscle synthesis.
  • Taurine which increases muscle pumps
  • Beta Alanine (2)which increases muscle endurance by inhibiting the build up of lactic acid, which is what makes your muscles feel like they just can’t work anymore.
  • Boron Citrate which may increase testosterone levels.

2. Thermic Matrix with:

  • Choline Bitartrate which may improve focus.
  • Caffeine Anhydrous for energy and a metabolism boost.
  • Panax Ginseng which improves blood flow and energy.
  • Astragalus which boosts nitric oxide

3. Shock Composite with:

  • L-Arginine which is a pre cursor to nitric oxide, which relaxes and opens blood vessels so more blood gets through, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles when you need them.
  • DMAE Bitartrate which stabilizes muscle cells.
  • Huperzine A (3) which improves mood and clarity.

The recommended dose is 1 scoop mixed with 3-6 ounces of water taken about half an hour before your workout. Unlike most pre workouts, you shouldn’t shake BSN Hyper FX. You have to stir it into the water. Otherwise it will fizz up.

BSN Hyper FX Reviews

Customer feedback is crucial when you need to know if a pre workout works, and as far as I can tell, word about BSN Hyper FX isn’t exactly great. They chose to focus on mainly only energy, but more than just a few customers don’t think they hit the mark:

One reviewer says: “This one didn’t do much for me in terms of getting psyched up. Good for a lighter buzz but I didn’t care for it much. Flavor of blue raspberry was so so as well.

Another says: “I have a relatively slow metabolism and this product didn’t give me the pump or physical charge i was looking for. this product did give me the endurance and mental focus i was looking for. i was able to complete my work out and do most reps i was shooting for. the fruit punch taste is just god awful.”

Finally: “This product was awful. I hated the grape flavor. It gave me the ****s like instantly , every single morning. Didn’t give me much of a preworkout boost either. I was disappointed in BSN for this product”

And he wasn’t the only one who said this stuff gave him the runs. Sure there are some positive reviews, but there’s definitely a trend toward the negative.

Where To Buy BSN Hyper FX

There are lots of ways to get your hands on some BSN Hyper FX if you want. There’s always the BSN website, as well as Amazon.com, and Bodybuilding.com. You can even pick it up at your local GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. A standard tub has 30 serviings and you can pick it up for anywhere from $20 to $30 depending on where you go. Amazon.com is the cheapest we found.

BSN Hyper FX Pros

  • The idea of focusing on one main goal – energy – is good.
  • It’s widely available and you can find it pretty cheap.

BSN Hyper FX Cons

  • The formula doesn’t really support the stated benefits.
  • BSN Hyper FX reviews from customers are pretty dismal.
  • If you are backed up, this will make you s&*T. Not good in the middle of you Crossfit WOD.

Our BSN Hyper FX Conclusion

When it comes to pre workout powders, your choices are almost endless. That’s why there’s pretty much no reason at all to go with something like BSN Hyper FX that gets pretty widely panned by its customers, even those who like BSN products in general.

NitroCut Stimulant Free Preworkout Supplement by NitrocutWith all the Wishy Washy Hyper FX reviews, it’s probably better to go with a supplement that has been vetted by HighIntensitySupplements.com.  Nitrocut is all that and a bag of chips.  At least read the review.  To check out more info on NitroCut, Click Here.
