Does Muscle Builder Flex Work?
Note: This is a Muscle Builder Flex review. To order, visit the Gym Junkies website.
With the explosion of the online supplement market, especially in the area of bodybuilding and working out, a company needs to do something to stand out above the crowd and get noticed. Gym Junkies does this by building a community spirit around its website and its social media presence. If you buy into their culture, it will naturally follow that you’ll buy into their supplement line as well. Gym Junkies tries to mesh a forum and supplement one website.
Muscle Builder Flex is one of their preworkout products made to help hard gainers put on muscle and strength. They pair it with some solid advice about eating more and lifting more, and promise that if you do your part, this stuff will deliver on its promise.
Muscle Builder Flex Benefits
When you incorporate Muscle Builder Flex into your routine, the benefits you should expect include:
- Increased energy.
- Longer endurance.
- Quicker, more complete recovery.
- It’s short and to the point, which you’ll find holds true for the formula as well.
Muscle Builder Flex Ingredients
They call the formula “Simple, Clean, and Powerful.” When it comes to the ingredients in focus, they are indeed simple. There are only 4, and they are:
- L-Arginine (1) which increases nitric oxide production to relax your smooth blood vessel walls so your blood is flowing more freely throughout your body. With improved blood flow, your muscles are getting the oxygen and nutrients they need to last through the workout and to recover when it’s done.
- L-Citrulline which fights against workout fatigue by blocking the buildup of ammonia in your muscles. It also increases the amount of L-Arginine in your body, which in turn boosts nitric oxide presence.
- Creatine Ethyl Ester (2) which acts like stored energy in your muscles. It increases immediate access to ATP so you can push more weight, gaining more strength and mass.
- Hawthorne Extract which improves cardiac function, helping your heart pump blood more efficiently throughout your body.
But the complete formula includes:
- Vitamin B3 for long lasting energy without the crash.
- Creatine Monohydrate which is the most commonly used form of creatine to increase muscle energy so you can push more weight and gain more strength.
- Creatine Anhydrous which is yet another form of creatine for muscle energy.
- Pomegranate fruit and Grape Extract for their antioxidant properties.
- Capsimax (2) to help burn fat and boost metabolism.
How To Use Muscle Builder Flex
The recommended dose is 2 Muscle Builder Flex tablets taken 30 minutes before your workout.
About Gym Junkies
Like we mentioned above, Muscle Builder Flex comes from a company called Gym Junkies in Las Vegas. They don’t make a ton of supplements yet, but they seem to be trying to build a following through their website and through social media. They provide blogs and discussions about best practices for workouts and diets that meet specific needs and goals. There website is actually pretty hard to follow. And oddly enought, they even have an advertisement for Nitrocut on the side bar. So weird…
They also present sort of an all natural, no bullshit image. They vow not to use artificial dyes or fillers. And they promise to use clinical doses for all their active ingredients.
Muscle Builder Flex Before and After Reviews
There are just a few Muscle Builder Flex reviews from customers online at Amazon.com, and at this point, they lean decidedly toward the positive. But there are only 5 reviews, so who knows how many have even been sold? Here’s a great example:
“I started taking FLEX a month ago and so far it’s delivered better results than the other 3 muscle builders I’ve tried. I feel stronger when I lift, and my stamina has gone way up. I work out for about 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 days a week. Before taking flex my muscles would fatigue at the 30-35 minute mark. When I’m on it, I last about an extra 15-25 minutes. Overall great muscle product.”
and this one:
“This product kills every thing nitric oxide booster I have tried. I am so glad I found this company, seriously the best supplement of the market period. Telling all of my lifting buddies at the gym”
Muscle Builder Flex Pros
- The ingredient list is simple, yet fairly comprehensive.
- It contains creatine to encourage muscle growth and strength.
- The company provides workout and nutrition help along with their supplements.
Muscle Builder Flex Cons
- It’s pretty expensive.
- The amount of creatine is too low to be of much use.
- The company hype isn’t really supported by the formula.
- Their website annoyingly tries to be a forum and supplement store.
- Not really sure about the gym junkies return policy. It says you can request a refund within 30 days, but does not say if that mean you will get one.
Where to Buy Muscle Builder Flex
GNC does not carry Gym Junkies Muscle Builder Flex. You will not find it at Walmart, Vitamin Shoppe or CVS. We did not see Gym Junkies products at Bodybuilding.com or Tiger Fitness.
You can purchase Muscle Builder Flex through the Gym Junkies website. The 60 tablet bottle costs $69.97. It’s also newly available on Amazon.com, where you can get that same bottle for $48.99.
Our Muscle Builder Flex Conclusion
Muscle Builder Flex isn’t terrible, but what concerns me is that the product doesn’t really match up with the company rhetoric. This point is made clear when you look at the amount of creatine in the formula. Between 3 different kinds, there’s a total of 450mg of creatine. That’s not nearly enough to have much effect at all. Yet Gym Junkies makes the claim over and over that they use clinical doses of effective ingredients. Until they make that statement true, I wouldn’t bother with Muscle Builder Flex.
Well since Nitrocut is advertised on the gymjunkies website, we say with it. NitroCut is an awesome preworkout supplement and gets great reviews. To check out the Nitrocut review, including the ingredients, Click Here
