Does Performix Iridium SSTi Work?

The Performix line of supplements presents itself as a hardcore brand for athletes ready to take their game to the next level. Each of their brands has a unique focus, but they’re all driven by “Terra Intelligent Dosing Technology,” maximizing the potential of every molecule with a system of controlled release delivery system designed to improve absorption and nutrient delivery.
Leading the Iridium series is Performix Iridium SSTi. These liquid capsules are for elite athletes who want to perform right up to the edge in terms of not only energy and stamina, but focus, concentration, and mental acuity as well.
Performix Iridium SSTi Benefits
The SST stands for “Super Suspension Thermogenic” so at its core, Performix Iridium SSTi is a powerful fat burner, with energy and cognitive enhancement built in for maximum output. They list the benefits as:
- Ballistic Body Energy
- Accelerated Fat Metabolism
- Cognitive Priming
Now lets see if it’s got the good to back up these claims.
Performix Iridium SSTi Ingredients
There are 17 ingredients in the Performix Iridium SSTi formula. It starts with Niacin and Vitamin B12 for energy, then splits up into 3 proprietary blends, covering each of the areas of benefit:
The Ballistic Energy Thermo Beadlet includes:
- 200 mg of Caffeine for straight up energy and metabolism boost.
- Ashwagandha as an adaptagen, helping your body respond appropriately to physical stress and fatigue.
- Synephrine HCl (aka Citrus Aurantium) (1) – another stimulant sometimes called Bitter Orange.
- Yohimbine Hcl which is yet another stimulant, this one very powerful and sometimes given to side effects like dizziness or a racing heartbeat.
- Bioperine which comes from black pepper and boosts metabolism.
- Colius Forskohlii which is a fat burner.
- Acetyl L-Tyrosine which may increase alertness.
The Ballistic Sensory Beadlet includes:
- Theacrine (2) which may improve focus, concentration, and energy.
- Citicoline which may have a positive effect on memory in some who are deficient.
- Alpha GPC which may promote cognitive abilities.
- Bacopa Monnieri which is commonly used in nootropic supplements to improve memory and cognitive function, in healthy adults, not just those who are deficient.
- Huperzine A which shows promise for improving the memory of those with Alzheimer’s Disease.
The Diffusion Carrier Oil Matrix includes:
- Medium Chain Triglycerides
- Safflower Extract (with CLA)
- Rosemary
- Ursolic Acid
- Oleanic Acid
These provide similar benefits to taking fish oil for better cognition.
How to Use Performix Iridium SSTi
Performix Iridium SSTi contains quite a bit of stimulant, so you’ll want to follow the directions carefully and heed the warnings closely. They recommend you start off with half a dose which would be 1 capsule, to assess your tolerance before moving on to the full serving of 2 capsules.
It is most effective when taken in the morning on an empty stomach, and you shouldn’t take it within 6 hours of bedtime if you plan on getting any sleep. You should also avoid any additional caffeine source to prevent overstimulation.
Performix Iridium SSTi Before and After Reviews
Most of the Performix Iridium SSTi feedback I’ve seen has been positive, but there are a few exceptions. Most of those who reviewed it negatively simply didn’t find it effective, though there are a few who reported uncomfortable side effects:
Matt says: “Took for 14 days and saw very limited results on the scale. Did notice some results in terms of wasted size. Product was too hard on my body, never felt normal, always a little queasy and jittery. Will not be using this product again.”
On the positive side, which is the majority of reviews I’ve seen,
One happy customer wrote: “Super product. One thing if you’re caffeine sensitive don’t take it, if you’re not very active don’t take it. It might be too strong for you, but if you are physically active, have good nutrition, and you’re training heavy and intense, this is a great product. You won’t even need a pre workout, and I love how you only take it once a day. I started with one capsule then moved up to 2, but early in the morning on an empty stomach, before my fasted cardio or weight training session.”
This last review highlights an important benefit. If Performix Iridium SSTi works for you, it’s like 3 supplements in 1. You get a fat burner, a pre workout, and a cognitive enhancer all in one pill.
Where to Buy Performix Iridium SSTi
You can pick up Performix Iridium SSTi at your local GNC, and it’s also available online through both Amazon.com and Bodybuilding.com. Prices vary widely so make sure to shop around. I saw 60 capsules sold at Bodybuilding.com for $79.99, and 60 capsules at Amazon for $49.99. At GNC, I saw the 120 count package selling for $129.99.

Our Performix Iridium SSTi Conclusion
With reviews being as mixed as they are, the biggest problem I see with Performix Iridium SSTi is that the ingredient amounts aren’t shown. They do reveal that a 2 pill serving contains 200 mg of caffeine, which is a lot. And they do list several strong stimulants (Synephrine and Yohimbine for instance) along with the caffeine. So on the surface it seems like a lot of caffeine. But since the amounts for Synephrine and Yohimbine aren’t know, it could be next to nothing at all.
Recommending a supplement when we don’t have all the information we need is hard, especially when it’s as expensive as this one is. If you’re extremely curious, give it a try and let us know how it works out.
