Sounds pretty simple, and that’s because it’s just words. Making it happen is a whole other story, and it’s much more complicated. Many have tried. Few have succeeded. The key is in the formula, so that’s what we looked at next.
Phentaslim Ingredients
Phentaslim claims to be 100% natural and 100% safe. To that end, the formula uses:
- Caffeine Anhydrous which is a stimulant that increases energy and metabolism as well as focus. It also suppresses appetite.
- Guarana (1) is another natural source of caffeine, providing energy, focus, and mental alertness. Again, it also suppresses the appetite.
- Green Tea Extract contains polyphenols in the form of catechins that increase thermogenesis (fat burning).
- Raspberry Ketones (2) which fight against the storage of fat and help the body use fat for fuel instead.
- Cayenne Pepper helps the other ingredients to be better absorbed. It also increases blood flow and metabolism.
- L-Tyrosine which may counter fatigue and help the body recover faster after workouts.
The Phentaslim formula also contains a list of vitamins and minerals to compensate for deficiencies caused by dieting and aid the bodily processes needed to burn fat and lose weight. These include Vitamins B6 and B12, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Zinc, and Niacin.
How To Use Phentaslim
The 60-count bottle of Phentaslim lasts for 30 days when used as directed, which is to take 1 capsule in the morning before breakfast and another before lunch, each with a glass of water. There are no known significant side effects, but almost anything can cause headaches and/or nausea in some people. Our Phentaslim Conclusion
After researching the ingredients and all the available information on Phentaslim, we don’t see that it will be of much use, certainly not to the tune of $60 a month. You will undoubtedly feel the caffeine kick, but it’s doubtful that you’ll get much more than that out of this stuff. Until we see studies using the actual Phentaslim product or an armful of positive reviews from independent sources, we’re just not convinced.
