Progenex products, including Cocoon, are good stuff. But the question is, are they worth the money. When you’re talking about buying 3 different protein/post workout recovery supplements at $70 a pop, that’s a lot to spend, and my answer would be no, it’s not worth the money. But you may want to pick one, try it out, and go from there. By the way, you know what else has Casein… Greek Yogurt. Just think about that when you spend $70 on a recovery protein drink when you already have one. Progenex is loved by Crossfitters far and wide and the company has had great success promoting it in Crossfit boxes. But thats probably because they incentivize the Crossfit gyms so use your head and choose wisely.
