RevTest Review 1

Making sure you’re setting yourself up for a successful workout regimen involves a lot of different components. That’s why a stack is often your best choice when it comes to supplements. That’s why it’s always a good thing when you can get two or more benefits from one supplement, especially if money is tight.

RevTest is one of those supplements. Technically, it’s a natural testosterone booster, but the website pushes its post workout recovery benefits pretty hard. So we’ll take a look at the promises and the formula as well as customer feedback to see what you can really expect when you take RevTest.

RevTest is made by RevLabs, which makes a line of products to boost testosterone, burn fat, and get more from your workout.  They have an online presence and are heavy in social media.

RevTest Benefits

The promises made by RevTest are many. When you take this stuff you can expect:

  • Better post workout recovery with less soreness and quicker return time to the gym.
  • Increased energy levels.
  • Improved muscle mass.

RevTest Ingredients

There are three ingredients highlighted on the RevTest website, each thought to have an effect on testosterone levels. There’s:

  • Tribulus Terrestris which is thought to increase the release of Luteinizing Hormone, which in turn tells the testes to release more testosterone.
  • Di-Indolymethane which helps regulate hormone levels in general.
  • Fenugreek Extract which is thought to increase male vitality by boosting natural testosterone levels.

After that, the ingredient information provided starts to get a little confusing. There’s an image of the bottle label, showing each ingredient. In addition to the ones listed above, that image shows:

  • D-Aspartic Acid (1) which has been proven to increase testosterone production.RevTest Ingredients
  • Epimedium which increases blood flow primarily for better erections.
  • Zinc (2) which corresponds to increased testosterone levels.
  • Folic Acid which is also beneficial to the testosterone production process.
  • Vitamin B12 for extended energy.

According to the picture of the bottle on the website, that’s the complete ingredient list. But other areas of the website refer to such ingredients as Beta Alanine, Taurine, Green Tea, Caffeine, Glutamine Peptides, Amino Acids, Digestive Enzymes, and Antioxidants.

These would indeed increase the effectiveness of RevTest as a post workout supplement, but it’s not what the bottle shows as actually in the formula.

Where to Buy RevTest

You won’t find RevTest at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or Walmart.  Online retailers like Bodybuilding.com and TigerFitness does not carry it either.

If you’re interested, you can get your hands on some RevTest through the free trial offer on their website. You pay only a small shipping fee and they’ll send you a month’s supply. But you’re not really getting anything for free.

If 14 days go by and you haven’t canceled, they’ll charge you $89.74 for your “free” bottle, and you’ll be signed up to receive a new bottle at that same price every month from then on. You can cancel by calling 1-855-468-1974, but if you don’t do so within 14 days of your original order date, you’ll at least be charged that initial $89.74.

RevTest is also available on Amazon.com. The price there is a much more reasonable $29.08.  The RevLabs Website has it for $69.99

RevTest Before and After Reviews

Because RevTest is available on Amazon.com, we found lots of feedback regarding how well this stuff is actually working for real people. A quick glance shows that the vast majority of reviewers have given either 5 stars or 1 star.  The people that experience results seemed either negative or artificially positive.

The positive reviews typically look like this:

“Made my workout no so tiring and I was able to bounce back faster.”

and

I feel this is one of the best all natural testosterone boosters on the market. The ingredient profile says it all, looks like they didn’t cut any corners when making this product.”

But the negative reviews were a little more emphatic:

“I fell for this gimmick of trying it for free. After 15 days, they hit my credit card for $89 for each one. I hate unethical companies. Oh, make sure you read the SMALL PRINT which I flew right by.”

and

“I read a lot of positive reviews and most of those people got promos and never paid a penny. I paid for it but there’s nothing special about this supplement. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!”

RevTest Review 2There are also plenty of complaints about the “free trial”:

“Interesting about these reviews…the positive reviews come from users that have ONLY reviewed products from RevLabs. The negatives reviews are mostly legit Amazon buyers, with a couple of reviews clearly coming from competitors. End result is, good luck determining any level of legitimacy regarding this product. I would tend to guess its a minimally effective product and possibly another supplement marketing scam.”

RevTest Pros

  • I’m still looking for one. I’ll let you know when I think of something.

RevTest Cons

  • The website is all about how it’s a post workout recovery product, but the bottle says it’s a testosterone booster and the ingredients are what you’d find in a testosterone booster. If that’s not enough to drive you away from this product, I don’t know what is. It’s basically unequivocal proof that RevTest is just out to make money any way they can, with lies and deception mostly.
  • $90 for a mediocre testosterone booster is ridiculous.

Our RevTest Conclusion

There’s not a single reason to recommend anyone use RevTest. If you want a testosterone booster, there are many many better, cheaper products. If you want a post workout recovery supplement, the same holds true for those.
