My Friend gave me Winn-50 and VAR 10 to try to get lean and muscle, but on bottom says MFG date 7/2015 and other is 12/2015. Are these expired?
Hi I was wondering how long it takes to get out of the system if I were to take two a day for the 30 period cycle? Or even two a day for 15 day?
That is tough to say. Most things are out of the body in a month but different ingredients may be faster or slower

I am very familiar with Cellucor Supplements. They are not bad, but they cater GNC other stores and that means they are over priced and underpowered.
If you are looking at the anabolic research Winn 50 and Clen, you should be fine. Only one of them contains DHEA so you can expect a boost in testosterone while cutting. You would take 2 capsules of Clen and 2 capsules of Winn 50 daily. There is no hard rule for this, but 1 of each 2x a day would work. Or you could spring for a stack like the Anabolic Research Summer stack which offers 2 more supplements to hit your body from more angles. you can find out more in the articles below.

hey I was wondering about the quality of the product WINN-50. I bought it to help lean out and improve muscle density, I just had a shoulder surgery so im not trying to lift heavy and bullk. do you think WINN-50 is worth the money?
Winn-50 is probably the more popular of the products, but I also liked Crazymass Winstral. Its cheaper and the ingredient profile is better. They also have a buy 2 get 1 free.
