• Epimedium. This one is also beneficial for sex drive and performance. It increases nitric oxide levels which then increases blood flow. This helps improve erections and also increases vascularity during workouts.
• Maca Root. This is a Peruvian aphrodisiac that is thought to increase testosterone levels while decreasing estrogen production.
• Mucuna Pruriens. This one encourages both testosterone and HGH production which leads to better lean muscle mass to fat ratios.
• Eurycoma Longifolia. By lowering SHBG levels, it increases free testosterone levels, which again improves both sexual and athletic performance.
• Boron. This trace mineral improves bone health and has been found in clnical studies to decrease SHBG, increasing free testosterone, in 7 days time.
• BioPerine. This is a common ingredient in these kinds of supplements. It increases the absorption rate of the rest of the formula, so you get the greatest possible benefit.

How XPI Syntheroid Works

The recommended dose of XPI Syntheroid is 3 capsules. The ingredient list is pretty impressive in terms of what’s included, but there is a little confusion about dosing levels. They indicate that their levels are in line with what’s been clinically tested. But the label tells a different story. The serving size is 3 capsules, so you would have to take that dose twice a day to get the clinically proven amounts. And that would make a bottle last only 15 days.

Our Final XPI Syntheroid Conclusion

XPI Syntheroid is a pretty standard natural testosterone booster. They recently changed their formula, though, and the consensus is that the old one worked better. With that said, our recommendation is that you find something with some more consistently favorable feedback. With all the choices we have on today’s market, there’s no need to settle.
