The 191XT Proprietary Blend is made up of primarily herbal ingredients that are known or thought to have an effect on the hormones in your body. There’s:
- Mucuna Pruriens which increases the release of dopamine, which is a feel good chemical released by the brain.
- Alpha GPC (1) which is a crucial neurotransmitter for improving focus, memory, and concentration. It is also believed to increase HGH levels
- Deer Antler Velvet (2) which is often used in HGH formulas because it contains IGF-1, an insulin-like growth factor.
- GABA which may increase the release of HGH, especially when combined with resistance exercises.
- Eurycoma Longifolia which is thought to increase free testosterone by inhibiting the action of SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin), an enzyme that attaches itself to the testosterone molecules, rendering them useless.
The Secondary Proprietary Blend contains mainly amino acids that are thought to more directly increase the secretion of HGH. These include:

The instructions say to use 2 to 3 sprays of Primal Muscle 191XT at bedtime, but that if you want to improve your overall results, you can also take an additional dose in the morning. Giving the serving size information, I would recommend morning and night time use right off the bat.

Primal Muscle 191XT is thought to be generally safe, though allergies may be an issue for some. It’s not for use by pregnant women, and anyone with a medical condition is advised to consult with their doctor before using.

My feeling is that you may feel some benefit from Primal Muscle 191X, mainly in the form of an energy boost coming from better sleep and recovery. But I don’t think it’s anywhere near being worth the $120 it will take you to find out.

I have to do drug testing at work will 191xt cause me to fail
Generally HGH promoting products will not cause you to piss hot on a drug test, however this product is not that great so I would not risk it.
