Does ProMuscle Fit Work?
Note: This is a review. Click here to visit the ProMuscle Fit website.
I can literally find a new bodybuilding supplement available online every single day. A lot of them (probably most) are pure crap, but sometimes you can find a real gem. Those real gems are the reason we do this. Who knew the old saying “you need to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince” applied to supplements?
ProMuscle Fit claims to be the perfect fit if you’re looking for lean, shredded, muscle building and you’re ready to do the work to get it. Using a proprietary L-Arginine blend, ProMuscle Fit will give you:
- Increased strength and energy.
- Accelerated lean muscle growth.
- Boosted fat burning.
- Faster post workout recovery.
How ProMuscle Fit Works
The amino acid blend in ProMuscle Fit boosts your body’s natural production of nitric oxide. NO is a vasodilator which means it relaxes and opens up your blood vessels, making it possible for more blood to flow throughout your body more easily. This means your muscles are getting more much needed nutrients and oxygen which lead to better, more productive workouts.
The abundance of nutrients help after your workout too, by providing the necessary building blocks for muscle tissue to repair itself as well as grow bigger and stronger.
ProMuscle Fit Ingredients
The ProMuscle Fit formula is a proprietary blend totaling 2400 mg. Included are:
- Arginine AKG (Alpha-Ketoglutarate) (1) which is important for increased muscle and strength.
- Arginine KIC (Ketoisocaproate) for greater power and endurance.
- Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (OKG) (2) to prevent muscle and tissue breakdown.
- Glutamine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (GKG) to support the transport of amino acids.
These amino acids also have the potential to increase your body’s natural production of Human Growth Hormone (HGH). This also leads to greater strength and growth, along with better recovery an addition to a great night’s sleep.
The recommended dose is 3 ProMuscle Fit capsules a day, preferably taken after your workout.
ProMuscle Fit Before and After Testimonials
There are lots of customer testimonials presented on the ProMuscle Fit website. Since they come from the product’s own website, they’re pretty uniformly positive:
Rick says: “My pumps are more intense and I have been slowly improving my lift amount. As long as you put 100% into your workouts this product works great as a supplement.”
Phil says: “My friend recommended this product to me and I’ve had great results with it. I should’ve tried this muscle builder a long time ago.”
Dave says: “I started taking ProMuscle Fit just a couple weeks ago and I already can see a difference in the amount i am able to lift and the definition and tone of my muscles.”
John says: “I’ve gained 5 pounds of muscle since I started upping my workouts, eating clean, and taking ProMuscle Fit as my post-workout supplement. I’ve also lowered my fat percentage. I recommend it.”
Unfortunately, were were unable to find any additional sources of customer feedback. We usually like to see something a little more independent than the product’s website, but since ProMuscle Fit isn’t sold anywhere else, that wasn’t possible.
Where to Buy ProMuscle Fit
ProMuscle Fit is only available online and only through their free trial offer. When you sign up, you’re charged a small shipping fee of $5.00. If you read the terms carefully, you’ll note that it says you have 15 calendar days from the day you place the order to try ProMuscle Fit. If you do nothing, in 15 days, they’ll charge you full price for your “free trial” bottle, and sign you up to receive a new full price bottle each month.
Full price for ProMuscle Fit is $79.99.
The terms of the ProMuscle Fit free trial are visible on the order page, but they’re written in some pretty fine print and easy to miss. If you do find you’ve been charged, make sure to call and cancel any future shipments so it won’t be a repeat problem.
ProMuscle Fit Pros
- The ingredients are all natural.
- ProMuscle Fit lists what ingredients go into the formula.
ProMuscle Fit Cons
- It’s very expensive for what it is, basically a few amino acids you could get for a lot less individually.
- It’s only available through their free trial offer, which really isn’t free at all.
- There are no independent ProMuscle Fit reviews to help get a better idea of how it’s working for real people.
Our ProMuscle Fit Conclusion
ProMuscle Fit is one of hundreds of workout supplement available online. It’s not the worst I’ve seen, but it’s not worth the $80 they’re asking, or the hassle of canceling a free trial and sending back half empty bottles. Eat clean. Work out hard. And find a supplement that gives much more bang for your buck. They’re out there, but ProMuscle Fit isn’t one of them.
