RUSHFIT Overview – Who is Georges St-Pierre?

So you want to get back into shape, but you want to do it at home.  That’s a reasonable desire, not to mention one shared by millions.  We all know the ways regular exercise improves your quality of life.  You’re more healthy, you’re happier, you sleep better, you probably eat better, you look better.  So the only question that remains is, which program do you choose?  Today, we’re talking about RUSHFIT, brought to you by Georges St-Pierre.

George St-Pierre, or GSP as he is widely known, is a Canadian MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) champion.  Together with his trainer, Erik Owings, he brings to you in his RUSHFIT program the workouts he uses to prepare for championship MMA fights.  Erik Owings does alot of the talking in RUSHFIT.

GSP says “if you want to look like a champion, you have to train like one.”  The key is intensity, and that’s what RUSHFIT’s 8 week program offers you.  The 7 workouts focus on 6 primary areas of training:

  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Core Stability
  • Power
  • Flexibility
  • Balance and Agility

The workouts are structured as a series of efficient 5-minute rounds, circuit training if you will.  The pace is intense, but you are also able to choose your degree of difficulty by choosing the Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced levels.  The idea is that if you train smarter, instead of harder, you’ll reach your fitness goals faster and more efficiently than if you’re going it alone without a defined plan.

What Do You Get With RUSHFIT

The package includes:

  • 6 DVDs which include a total of 7 45-minute workouts.
  • 2Training Guides which include workout explanations and theories as well as a nutritional guide to increase the likelihood of your success.

What People Are Saying About RUSHFIT

We took a look at the bodybuilding forums for some real and qualified opinions about the program.  While most of the guys pretty much said that circuit training is circuit training, and it’ll all work for you as long as you work it, one other thing also kept coming up.  A lot of guys mentioned that GSP and his trainer were great motivators without being goofy like trainers on some of the other programs.  And when you think about it, isn’t motivation one the most important aspects to the success of a program like this?

You can be even more sucessful with RUSHFIT if you take the correct supplements to achieve your goals. Its important to take the right supplements to your body has the tools it need to lose fat or gain muscle.  To shed even more visceral fat, take an Adiphene or NitroCuts before your workout. Want to see some serious muscle, enhance your RUSHFIT workout with HyperGH 14X or TestoFuel.

How Much Does RUSHFIT Cost and Where Can You Buy It?

You can buy the RUSHFIT program online and in stores like Walmart and Target.  The price is pretty consistent at about $80-$90. If you buy it online at the GSP RUSHFIT website, you can make 3 installment payments of  $29.99 each.  You’ll also be covered by the “hassle-free and no risk” 60-day money back guarantee. Our RUSHFIT Conclusions

RUSHFIT Review 2The bottom line about any workout program is that it will only work if you work it.  So if you’re looking for something you can use at home, there are a few specific things we think you should look for:

  • It should fit into your schedule.  The 45-minute workouts definitely do.
  • It should be affordable.  RUSHFIT is less expensive in terms of program price and equipment price than both P90X and Insanity.
  • It should be flexible.  RUSHFIT allows you to choose your level of fitness so you’re working at a pace you can handle.  This also gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself as you move through the levels.
  • It should motivate you.  This is mainly a personal preference kind of thing, but Georges St-Pierre and Erik Owings have engaging and motivating personalities without being to overbearing or goofy.

We think RUSHFIT is a good fit for anyone willing to commit the time and devote the energy to working toward a better, fitter, stronger body. Since RUSHFIT is lower priced than Insanity and requires less equipment than P90x, I give RUSHFIT two thumbs up!
