Shredz Creatine Review 1It’s no secret that taking creatine helps you get big. In fact, creatine is the most widely tested bodybuilding supplement on the market today. It’s not iffy. It’s not guesswork. It’s decided. Creatine works. That’s why the company put Shredz Creatine in their Alpha Male Stack and Extreme Mass Stack, and that’s why they offer it in their muscle building lines.

It’s one thing to accept that creatine helps build muscle (We’ll talk about how a little later on). It’s another thing choose which form and which brand of creatine will work best for you. It comes in several different forms, and on top of that, many brands add other ingredients along with creatine in an attempt to bolster its effects. Shredz Creatine believes it has the right formula to support your efforts. Let’s take a look and see.

Shredz Creatine Benefits

Shredz Creatine promises that when you take it, you’ll be taking your workouts to the next level. It provides not only muscle energy for pushing more weight, but you’ll also see more intense pumps, and you’ll be able to work out longer because you’ll feel less fatigue.

How Shredz Creatine Works

Shredz Burner for Women Review 4To understand how Shredz Creatine works, it helps to understand how creatine works. ATP, or Adenosine Triphosphate, is the energy used by your muscles when they exert effort, particularly fast twitch muscle effort. But your muscles can only keep a very small amount of ATP on hand. Creatine can be converted to ATP in your muscles, and a lot more creatine can be stored. The idea is that if you saturate your muscles with creatine, you’ll have more ATP available to help you push more weight. And clearly, the more weight you can push during your workout, the stronger you’ll get.

Shredz Creatine Ingredients

Shredz Creatine Review 3Shredz Creatine uses Creatine Magna Power which is a brand name for a patented form of Magnesium Creatine Chelate, which is basically a combination of Creatine and Magnesium.(1) One of the perennial problems with creatine has been that it doesn’t absorb well. Combining it with magnesium changes the digestive properties and allows your muscles to receive more of the creatine they need. It also minimizes any digestive issues you may have with creatine alone. An additional benefit of the magnesium is that it facilitate the production of ATP within your muscles.

The Shredz Creatine formula also uses Beta Alanine, Vanadyl Sulfate, and L-Arginine to support your workout.

  • Beta Alanine (2) delays the onset of muscle fatigue by limiting the buildup of lactic acid, which is what makes your muscle feel tired and want to quit.
  • Vanadyl Sulfate works like insulin to regulate blood sugar. It helps deliver protein and carbs to your muscles for energy for fuel.
  • L-Arginine (3) is a precursor to nitric oxide, a vasodilator. Your blood vessels open up to allow more blood to flow through, bringing increased oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. This benefits you during your workout with intense pumps, as well as after your workout by facilitating recovery.

It’s recommended that you take 2 Shredz Creatine capsules 30 minutes prior to your workout, and another 2 capsules 30 minutes after your workout. From those 4 daily capsules, you’ll get 1000 mg. The Mayo Clinic recommends a maintenance dose of 2-20 grams per day for improved athletic performance.

Shredz Creatine Review 2

Shredz Creatine Pros

  • The use of Magnesium Creatine Chelate makes it easier to absorb and digest than other types of creatine.
  • You can buy it at stores or online.
  • The Shredz Creatine formula uses more than just creatine to improve your workouts.

Shredz Creatine Cons

  • The creatine dose is too low.
  • There are no Shredz Creatine reviews specific to this product. There are lots of reviews for Shredz products, but nothing for Shredz Creatine.

Shredz Creatine Vs Cellucor Creatine

When you compare the Shredz Vs Cellucor, you are almost comparing marketing penetration.  Both feature Creatine Magna Power, which is a patented commodity creatine.  Both have aggressive Instagram “ambassador” campaigns, and both have been around several years.  When I tried them, they were about the same, but I tip my hat off to Cellucor C4.

Where to Buy Shredz Creatine

You can pick up Shredz Creatine at a GNC store for $64.99, less if you’re a GNC member. Otherwise, you can go online and get it at the Shredz website. It costs $49.99 there. Amazon.com sells it for as little as $26, so that may be your best bet.

Our Shredz Creatine Conclusion

It looks like Shredz Creatine has the right idea but the wrong execution. A highly absorbable form of creatine along with L-Argnine and Beta Alanine could be a powerhouse workout formula. Unfortunately, the amount of creatine in Shredz Creatine isn’t going to do enough to help. The standard recommended dose is much higher than what you’ll find here. You’d be better off looking elsewhere for your creatine product.

muscle advance

Shredz Creatine is a fancy creatine with clever marketing.  Muscle Advance Creatine is pure creatine without bells and whistles, which is what YOU want.  To check out the Muscle Advance Creatine Review, Click Here
