Shredz is a supplement company that’s in some ways more than just a supplement company. They’ve kind of created a whole lifestyle around their supplements and stacks, and that lifestyle includes becoming part of the “Shredz Army” of loyal followers. They post results photos on Instagram and healthy recipes on Pinterest. And they provide a built-in community of support to keep people motivated and on track. As a result, they get a pretty wide mix of long-time bodybuilders and gung-ho newbies because there’s a little something for everyone.

 

They have single products, stacks, and full on programs with diet and workout plans. Shredz Detox for Men is part of the Weight Loss packages and the Alpha Male Plan. Like all Shredz products, you can also purchase and use it on its own. So let’s break it down, see what’s in it, and decide if it’s a valuable addition to your supplement regimen.

 

Shredz Detox for Men Benefits

 

A big part of the Shredz Detox for Men profile is Vitamins and Minerals. The basic idea is that a healthy body is a strong body, and not everyone has the time and/or know how to get all the nutrients we need every day. They call it a “super vitamin” that supports health, fitness, and your immune system, so your body can be a clean slate, and ideal beneficiary for all your hard work and effort.

The basic vitamin profile includes significant doses of the essentials like:

• Vitamin C
• Vitamin D3
• Vitamin E
• Riboflavin
• Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

Regarding the above, Shredz Detox for Men provides a whopping 667% of the daily recommended dose of Vitamin C, which is extremely helpful for detoxifying your body and supporting your immune system. The total blend comes out at 512mg. That’s not a whole lot of milligrams spread out among 8 components. This is pretty typical though. Put a whole lot of great ingredients in a supplement, but only put a little of each. That way, they can claim the good stuff is in there, but they don’t have to spend the money to put in adequate amounts. When this happens, the results are that the supplement ends up being pretty useless. The herbs in Shredz Detox for Men are not very well studied, though, so there aren’t standard recommended amounts for most of them.

Of course, you can go to the Shredz website and pick up just the one bottle for $55 (currently on sale for $40). Shredz Detox for Men is also part of several Shredz stacks given that it plays a supporting role. If you buy from the Shredz website, you’re covered by a money back guarantee, but only on unopened bottles. That’s too bad because it effectively means that you can’t try it out risk free:

Shredz Detox for Men is pretty much a glorified multivitamin. It’s got a few extras, but probably not enough to make it worth spending more than twice what a good multivitamin should cost. If it’s part of a Shredz Stack you’re buying, that’s one thing, but don’t go out of your way to pick Shredz Detox for Men up.
