Most fat burning supplements use stimulants as at least one of the ways they fight fat and help you lose weight. The reason is simple. It’s what works. Other ingredients have some benefit in the battle of the bulge, but stimulants have many. They boost your metabolism. They burn fat. They give you energy to workout and get through the day on a positive note. And they even suppress your appetite. It’s a hard list to beat. There are some choices that don’t use stimulants, but they are relatively few. Then there are the ones that go all out on the stimulants. It’s main claim to fame is its multiple stimulants and the benefit to shredding that they provide. It’s not pushed so much on the diet circuit as it is on the bodybuilding circuit. It’s for guys and gals getting ready for competitions, needed to look their ripped and shredded best.
Demon Burn 50 Ingredients
Looking at the Demon Burn 50 formula, you’ll see that it’s very heavy on the stimulants. They say it’s the strongest DMAA-free fat burner. Let’s see if the ingredient list can tell us why. There’s:
- Vitamins B6 and B12 which are included in a lot of fat burning formulas for their natural effect on energy.
- Chromium (1) which can increase insulin release for better regulation of blood sugar and metabolism. It may also increase energy and improve athletic performance.
- Caffeine. At 300 mg, it’s the equivalent of about 4 cups of coffee. You’ll definitely get a boost of energy from it.
- Eph which is not explained but appears to have some relation to Ephedra. Much to the dismay of many avid cutters, Ephedrine was banned several years ago. But Ephedra is a natural plant ingredient that is not banned. It also doesn’t have the effectiveness that Ephedrine had. It’s basically put in formulas mainly for its name recognition value.
- White Willow Bark (2) which is used to relieve pain and inflammation.
- Methylsynephrine which is a commonly used replacement for Ephedrine once it was banned. It’s a powerful stimulant that activates beta-3 receptors, putting the body in a thermogenic state.
- Phenylethylamine HCL which is a powerful appetite suppressant as well as stimulant.
- Synephrine HCL which is similar to Methylsynephrine you may also know as Citrus Aurantium or Bitter Orange. It’s a strong stimulant that has been shown to increase fat burning.
- Green Tea Extract (3) with 50% EGCG content to boost metabolism and burn fat.
- Cactus Extract which may also increase fat burning and reduce appetite.
- Theobromine is another stimulant and metabolism booster. It’s found primarily in chocolate.
- Cayenne which boosts metabolism with increased thermogenics.

This much caffeine along with other stimulants is bound to make some people jittery and possibly with a racing heartbeat.
