Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Review 1Most weight loss pills rely on stimulants for burning fat and providing energy. It’s pretty much at the core of the entire weight loss supplement industry. But the facts is, some people don’t want or don’t do well with stimulants, and they need help too. If you look real hard, you’ll find that there are indeed some alternative options for these people. One is Driven Sports Lean Xtreme. It places its focus squarely on cortisol control and non-stimulant fat loss support. At first glance, it seems like a good choice, but we took a closer look. Here’s what we found.

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Benefits

What it lacks in stimulants, Driven Sports Lean Xtreme makes up for by covering several other approaches to weight loss. It targets Cortisol, the hormone that causes your body to hold onto fat for dear life. It helps you maintain and build muscle mass to help you lose more fat with a higher metabolism, it boosts your immune system so your body maintains an ideal state for losing fat, and it does all that without the jitters or crash that comes from taking stimulant-heavy weight loss pills.

How Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Works

Fighting Cortisol is the primary mechanism of action used by Driven Sports Lean Xtreme. Cortisol is a hormone released by your body in times of stress. It signals that you should hold on to your fat to protect you from the coming danger (whether it be the looming winter or the advancing lion). It increases your visceral adipose tissue (belly fat) in response to perceived dangers. It also interferes with how your thyroid releases thyroid hormones T3 and T4, making it even more difficult to shed unwanted fat. And the list of negative effects of cortisol doesn’t stop there. It breaks down muscle tissue, it increases appetite, it decreases bone density, it suppresses immune function, and it negatively affects cognitive functions like memory and thinking on your feet. Driven Sports Lean Xtreme counteracts cortisol with several ingredients that can control it.

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Review 1Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Ingredients

The Driven Sports Lean Xtreme formula is a 455mg proprietary blend that includes:

  • 5-AT which reduces cytokines release by the immune system. Cytokines create signals between cells. 5-AT keeps the correct balance between good cytokines and bad cytokines
  • 15-Dihydramax which blocks corticosteroid receptors, meaning there are fewer places cortisol can land within your cells to cause its damage. It may also boost your metabolism through the activation AMPk.
  • Phosphatidylserine (1) which may help mute the effects of Adrenocorticotropic hormone which tells the adrenal gland to release cortisol. One study showed a 30% drop in the release of cortisol after just one cycle of Phosphatidylserine. It may also increase testosterone which can also help lose fat and gain lean muscle mass.   points out that Phosphatidylserine might have nootropic “smart pill” effects.
  • Forskolin (2)  which may improve thryoid function by mimicking the hormone that tell the thyroid gland to release its hormones (T3 and T4). It also may increase natural testosterone.
  • Green Tea (3) which contains EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate) for improving your immune system and supporting fat loss with its antioxidant properties.

The recommended dose is 1 Driven Sports Lean Xtreme capsule taken 2 to 3 times per day. You should take the first one right when you wake up in the morning, the next one 4 hours later, and the last capsule with your evening meal or before bed.

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Before and After Testimonials

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Review 3

There are a lot of Driven Sports Lean Xtreme reviews online with feedback from actual customers, but much of it refers to a previous version of the formula, and it’s difficult to tell which reviews refer to which formula. Overall though, Driven Sports Lean Xtreme gets pretty good reviews, but nothing extraordinary.

Here are some before and after testimonials we found for DS Lean Xtreme:

“Pros: No Side Effects; Effective

Cons: Does not curb appetite; Does not boost energy

Driven Sports’s Lean Xtreme is an interesting product; it’s a fat burner but not in the sense that it raises your body temperature and/or heart rate to do so. What it is is a Cortisol blocker among other things. Cortisol is known to affect how your body stores visceral adipose tissue (VAT) AKA the stubborn belly fat. By blocking this cortisol, the body doesn’t store and can continue to burn that fat for exercise. It also has Forskolin among other things.

I have used Lean Xtreme for about six weeks now and I have seen the effects. It’s not dramatic, but it’s there. I leaned out a little around the midsection, and other parts of my body have developed more tone. This is definitely an effective product when, and here’s the key, combined with good diet and exercise. My diet isn’t perfect, it’s really darn good, but not perfect so something tells me my results could have been better but for the price of entry and the results I got, I’m satisfied. I’m a sucker for peanut butter (natural of course) so my fat intake might be a little high some days.

The one downside I would say about this product is it takes some time to kick in. It really wasn’t until week three that I really saw much difference and even then it was only “starting”. I am going to take the product for the full eight weeks and see what happens.” – Jimmy

I take three tablets a day and use them with Roxylean or Rx6 – I have lost a total of 28kg and will continue to use Lean Extreme for maintenance now cause it really targets the middle section and tightens it!! Thank you A1 Supplements!! – Mom

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Pros

  • It’s a non-stimulant fat burner for anyone who would prefer not to use stimulants.
  • It works mainly through the mechanism of reducing cortisol.
  • There is some relatively positive feedback about Driven Sports Lean Xtreme.
  • You can stack it with stimulant-based fat burners or pre workouts.

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Cons

  • It may cause painful joints. Cortisol is responsible for lubricating joints. With reduced cortisol, joints may get dry and become painful. It’s recommended that you take fish oil and/or a joint supplement while you take Driven Sports Lean Xtreme.
  • There’s a caution that taking Driven Sports Lean Xtreme may interfere with birth control in women.
  • Some reviewers claim it did absolutely nothing for them.
  • It could become expensive, especially if you’re going to stack it with a stimulant-based product as well.

Where to Buy

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Review 4

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme is available through several different online outlets, including Amazon.com. On the Driven Sports website, a 90-count bottle that should last 30 days costs $49.19. But if you look at some of the other retailers carrying it, you’ll see you can get that same bottle for a whole lot less. We’ve see as low as $27.90.

Our Driven Sports Lean Xtreme Conclusion

Driven Sports Lean Xtreme might do you some good, but we’re not convinced. The idea of reducing cortisol to lose weight is potentially valid, but the thought that you can successfully aim your fat burning at your belly fat is just far-fetched. The reviews are pretty lacklaster (plus it’s hard to tell which formula they refer to). Even the positive reviews don’t seem convinced that Driven Sports Lean Xtreme is helping. Better to spend your money on something with a more proven track record of success.
