How to the Use MHP Xpel Water Pill
It’s recommended that you take MHP Xpel for the 10 days prior to your competition or event. Take 4 capsules with 16 ounces of water in the morning, and another 4 capsules in the afternoon, also with 16 ounces of water. You need to make sure to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water each day.

MHP Xpel will make you pee. a. lot. Getting up several times in the night to go will be a regular occurrence. It may be a pain, but it’s how you’ll know it’s working. You also may experience a decline in strength while using it. Using MHP Xpel is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 or anyone who’s pregnant or nursing.

Our MHP Xpel Conclusion
MHP Xpel works if you’re using it the way it was intended. But that’s a very specific subset of people and uses. In order to see the best results, you need to already be in great shape. But if you are, that extra 5 or 10 pounds of water will really make a difference.
