What is Ripped Muscle X

Ripped Muscle X Review 1You probably wouldn’t be here if you had not seen a Ripped Muscle X “advertorial” on your Facebook or Instagram Feed.  You also wouldn’t be here if you didn’t want to build muscle and get ripped. Supplements can be a real help toward achieving that goal, but you need to pick the right ones, and you need to understand that supplements don’t work on their own. The work you put in is by far the most important factor. Some supplements out there want you to believe you can just take this pill and it’ll be easy, but don’t be fooled. This is never the case.

Ripped Muscle X claims to be the do everything be everything supplements to get you lean, strong, and muscular. But it’s our job to be skeptical, so let’s take a look at the promises and see if we can figure out if it’s likely to deliver. If you Google “Ripped Muscle X” you might be alarmed at the results. The of the pages on the first page of results are “Ripped Muscle X scam” and Ripped Muscle X complaints”.  This in itself does not mean Ripped Muscle X sucks, but its a good place to start.

What to Expect From Ripped Muscle X

According to the official product website, if you take Ripped Muscle X, you’ll find yourself with greater energy and more endurance during your workouts. The idea is that with those advantages on your side, you’ll be more efficient and more effective, and your results will show it. They tell you that with today’s supplement technology, the body you want is always within reach (notice it’s not about work paying off in this scenario; it’s about Ripped Muscle X making it happen).

Ripped Muscle X Review 3

Ripped Muscle X Ingredients

The Ripped Muscle X website doesn’t present a full ingredient list, but it does make reference to its main ingredient, Creatine (1). What creatine does is increase your stores of ATP, which is your muscles’ energy. Increased ATP lets your muscles work harder and push more weight for a longer period of time. Creatine is actually the most well studied workout supplement there is, and the simple fact is that it’s safe and it works.

Since the Ripped Muscle X website doesn’t provide the full ingredient list, we had to look to a third party for information about how much Creatine is in Ripped Muscle X. Since it does come from a third party, we couldn’t verify, but what we found is that each serving contains 1300 mg of creatine. At a recommended dose of 2 servings a day, that’s a little more than 2 ½ grams per day… Just 1/2 as much Creatine any commonly recommended. Muscle Advance Creatine offers 5 grams and which is double Ripped Muscle X.

The Ripped Muscle X Free Trial

The primary way to purchase Ripped Muscle X is through their free trial offer. You may have heard of “scams” like this, but here’s the jist of it just in case you haven’t. On the Ripped Muscle X website, you have the opportunity to sign up for a free trial of the product. You pay only a small shipping cost ($4.95) and they send you a full one-month supply. You have either 14 days from the day you placed the order or 10 days from the day the product arrives to try it. If you do nothing by the end of this trial period, they assume you love it, they charge you $87.83 for the “free” bottle, and they sign you up to continue to receive a new supply each month at that price.

Over the years, these free trial scams have caught a lot of people who just didn’t know what they were getting into. They see the words “free trial” and think “free sample,” assuming there’s no further obligation. But the truth is in the fine print of the terms and conditions, and you have to go digging around the website to even find it. Seeing the $87.83 charge on their credit card is often the first indication most people have that anything is wrong. When that happens, you need to call Ripped Muscle X and cancel your monthly subscription. You can also try to get refund, but that is like pissing uphill.

To make matters worse, it appears that Ripped Muscle X has a arbitration and class action waiver link right on their homepage! (click here to read it). Furthermore it list all the ways your consumer rights are stripped by agreeing to their terms.  On the contrary, reputable products like Test Stack No. 17 stand by their products with a 100% money back guarantee – no questions asked.

Ripped Muscle X Reviews

Unlike a lot of free trial products, Ripped Muscle X is also available to be purchased straight out at their website and at Amazon.com. Since it’s available on Amazon, that means customer reviews are available on Amazon too. And in the case of Ripped Muscle X, they’re pretty consistently negative about both the product and the free trial scam. Here are some examples:

Emmanuel says, “Simply put, this product doesn’t work. Trust me this product is pure garbage. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.”

Eric says, “Welcome to the biggest scam of the past decade in health/nutrition.”

K says, “This product has been determined to be totally useless. All it did was make my wallet quite a bit thinner.

Benefits of Ripped Muscle X

  • It comes in pill form, not powder, which is more convenient for a lot of guys.

Drawbacks of Ripped Muscle X

  • Ripped Muscle X Review 2Even though they push their “free trial,” Ripped Muscle X is expensive, especially when you consider that it’s pretty much just creatine, and you can get creatine fairly cheap.
  • The recommended daily dose of creatine for building muscle is about 5 grams a day, more if you’re in a loading phase. Ripped Muscle X only provides 2.6 grams per day, and that’s a price much higher than most other creatine supplements.
  • There are tons of very negative Ripped Muscle X reviews from customers who’ve used it found that either it doesn’t work, they got ripped off by the free trial scam, or both.
  • The website doesn’t provide ingredient information, just lots of vague marketing promises about phenomenal results with minimal efforts.
  • “All requests for refunds will be handled by customer service on a case by case basis” – umm screw you!

Where Can You Buy Ripped Muscle X

You can pretty much only get Ripped Muscle X from their website or from Amazon.  We were not able to find Ripped Muscle X at GNC, Vitamin Shop, or Bodybuilding.com.  Chances are, your Instagram Feed or Facebook feed will have a link at some point today do their aggressive advertising campaign.

Our Ripped Muscle X Conclusions

I wouldn’t recommend you go near Ripped Muscle X with a 10 foot pole. Any product that primarily promotes itself through a free trial scam isn’t going to be a product I recommend. Their focus is far more about getting your money than it is about building your muscles. In the case of Ripped Muscle X, it’s creatine, which is fine, except that it’s only about half of the creatine you need if you’re really going to affect a change. When you come across ads for Ripped Muscle X, look away.
