Megatropin Review 1

One of the biggest trends in online supplements is what we like to call “the free trial scam.” We’ll dive deeper into how they work a little later on, but for now, suffice it to say these scams are out there, they’re designed to separate you from your money, and they’re much more common than you probably think. A supplement called Megatropin used to be offered this way, but it seems as though things have changed.

Megatropin is a natural testosterone boosting supplement that encourages you to “Just Be A Man.” That’s because testosterone is the quintessential male hormone. The trouble is, once we hit 30, testosterone levels are all downhill. In fact, we lose about 2-4% each year, which may not sound like much, but over time, it adds up. One day, you’re 35 or 40, and you hit a wall. Your workouts don’t yield the same results, you feel tired and lethargic, you start to see that spare tire around your mid-section, and you even find yourself less and less interested in sex.

Megatropin Benefits

Megatropin claims to be able to reverse that trend. It uses natural ingredients to stimulate your body to produce more natural testosterone. There are no harsh side effects, and that’s because it all happens naturally. The increased testosterone comes from you, not from a cream, a gel, or an injection. So you get the benefits of increased testosterone without any of the drawbacks.

By taking Megatropin, you’ll see:

  • Increased muscle mass.
  • Quicker post workout recovery times.
  • Boosted metabolism.
  • Increased endurance.
  • Bigger libido.
  • Better concentration and focus.
  • Increased muscle definition.

Megatropin Ingredients

Megatropin Review 2The Megatropin website lists the ingredients, but they’re in a proprietary blend, so they don’t say how much of each is there. This could be problematic because while a formula may contain some effective components, they might not be included in large enough quantities to be effective.

In any case, here’s what the Megatropin formula contains:

  • Tongkat Ali (1) which is thought to increase free testosterone by inhibiting the action of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) which tries to bond itself to testosterone making it essentially useless. By occupying SHBG, it increase the amount of testosterone that is free and can be used.
  • Saw Palmetto which is an aphrodisiac that also supports prostate health.
  • Sarsaparilla which increases mental focus and concentration.
  • Horny Goat Weed which is an aphrodisiac that also improves blood flow to the penis for better erections.
  • Boron (2) which is thought to increase testosterone.

To be honest, this list is pretty weak in the area of testosterone boosting and muscle building. It’s likely to be much more effective as a sexual performance enhancement than a muscle builder.

Megatropin Before and After Reviews

Recently, Megatropin became available on Amazon.com, which is a great thing because it gives us an opportunity to see some real customer feedback. That’s good news for us as potential customers, but not so good for Megatropin. A full 50% of the 30 reviews posted so far have been given only 1 star.

Frank labeled his review “Ripoff” and said: I’ve tried it for 60 days with no noticeable difference, other than more loose bowels. Not worth the money.”

Another Amazon Customer labeled his review “Total Waste of Money” and said: “Did absolutely nothing.”

Scott doesn’t like it either. He said: “So far not good. I have taken other supplements and get some feeling of usefulness. This seems to do nothing. Very disappointed considering what I paid for it.”

And they go on and on just like that.

Where to Buy Megatropin

It used to be that the only way you could buy Megatropin was by signing up for their free trial. The way it worked was that you would sign up and pay a small shipping fee, and they would send you a full 30 day supply. Then, if you didn’t call to cancel within 14 days of placing your order, they would charge you the full amount for the “free” trial product. And it wouldn’t stop there. They’d send you a new bottle each month and make you pay full price for it.

It might not be so bad except they hid the terms of the trial in the teeny tiny print, basically hoping that you didn’t see it, or that you’d forget to cancel in time, so they could charge you.

At this point, they’re calling the free trial “Sold Out” and only offering straight up purchases. I can only speculate as to why, but my guess is that they got too many complaints from unsuspecting customers being charged over and over for something they don’t want.

So now, if you order through the Megatropin website, you’ll pay a straight up $49 for one bottle, or you can choose to buy multiple bottles at once for a discounted price. It’s also sold at Amazon.com in a package deal with its sister product, Crevalor. The two bottle combo pack costs $89.

Megatropin Pros

  • The ingredients are all natural.
  • There’s a chance Megatropin can boost your libido and help you get better erections.

Megatropin Cons

  • It gets mostly negative reviews.
  • They don’t tell us how much of each ingredient is included in the formula, so it’s difficult to know how effective it is.
  • No clinical studies have been performed.
  • Megatropin calls itself a testosterone booster, and focuses on the bodybuilding benefits, but judging by the ingredients, it’s more of a male enhancement supplement than anything else.

Our Megatropin Conclusion

The benefits Megatropin claims to provide are about building muscle, recovering from workouts, and even boosting metabolism. According to the ingredient list, it’s unlikely to do many of those things, and according to feedback from customers, it doesn’t do any. It’s nice that they no longer trap you in the autobilling hell of a “free trial” scam, but I would still advise you not to bother with Megatropin.
